I have had several unpleasant experiences at Father Coffee in Kramerville, but today was the final straw. Chad and the manager were not only unprofessional and rude in their approach to me and my friend, but the manager also followed us outside and threatened us with physical violence. The incident occurred after we were asked to move seats after two hours, which I now understand is their policy. However, what was unacceptable was the manner in which it was handled—the sheer rudeness and lack of professionalism, particularly in a hospitality setting. I will never return to this establishment, and I believe others should be aware of this experience. No customer should be treated this way.

Extremely rude owner. Shouts at customers. Staff service in general is bad. It gives the snobby appearance that staff think they are above the customers. This obviously stems from the owner.

Today, I went to Father Coffee in Kramerville and upon my arrival, I was accused of not paying my bill, from my previous visit (June 16th). I checked my account and was able to provide proof of payment. I shared my frustration on social media and in their attempt to apologize via Instagram DMs - they blamed the system for “not closing out the table” and it was “a misunderstanding with no ill intent”.

March 19, 2024: The best coffee I have ever tasted in my life. It is hard to get used to the lukewarm temperature, but I understand that if it's made in excess of that temperature, it scolds the milk and then changes the taste completely. Stunning venue to sit and have a cuppa. Had a slice of burnt cheesecake (yes, it is meant to be burnt!) and a custard donut, both absolutely fresh & divine. Only negative was that with the heat waves in Summer, I just found it a bit uncomfortable sitting inside. Nice to have fresh air, but maybe some stand fans would be a suggestion for those of us that overheat easily 🤣
