I have had several unpleasant experiences at Father Coffee in Kramerville, but today was the final straw. Chad and the manager were not only unprofessional and rude in their approach to me and my friend, but the manager also followed us outside and threatened us with physical violence.

The incident occurred after we were asked to move seats after two hours, which I now understand is their policy. However, what was unacceptable was the manner in which it was handled—the sheer rudeness and lack of professionalism, particularly in a hospitality setting.

I will never return to this establishment, and I believe others should be aware of this experience. No customer should be treated this way.
