I've placed an order on the website which, initially said 7-14 days delivery and I was OK with it. I placed an order and paid for it on the 29th of May 2024, to this day I still don't have my order. I have escalated this to TymeBank as I found this shop on their list of partners and also I will report this to the police and come to your shop in SOUTHDALE!

I ordered foldable baby bathtub on the 29th Feb. 2024 and I still haven't received the order nor my refund. They called to say they will send me a different color about 2weeks still nothing. Last week I requested my order to be cancel and want my money back they have bluntly ignored my request. I'm taking the matter to my lawyer. They have a pathetic customer service. They have blocked me on Facebook and it's hard to get through to them as their only contact platform is WhatsApp which they don't respond to. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM, THEY'RE ****MERS

Poor service level. Company did not give us the goods as ordered. The company did not contact us with an alternative either. I had to go to the physical store to resolve my issues. Do not recommend online business.

This company literally *****s money from customers and does false advertising. They are fully aware that they don't have stock or that a customer will never receive their goods yet they advertise products. When you do one follow up after another they just start ignoring you. I have laid a complaint with GOCA and they will hopefully open a case against them. Do NOT purchase anything from fati!

Paid for an online order of baby goods 14 Sept for my baby for his Christening day. When following up on the status of my order about the 28th Sept, i was told that the couriers lost my parcel. When asking for a waybill number or courier name, they could not provide the details. I then asked what now, they said they dont have stock to replace the items.. Asked for a refund and they said yes but lie upon lie, it is almost 2 months later, no refund... Last week i called them on numbers listed, no one will ever answer.. when whatsapping, no one will provide me with alternative numbers or the owners detaisl. This week when following up about refund and/or replacement of stock im told to calm down... they still cannot provide me with stock or refund They Never answer calls, no owner info or alternative contact details...assuming the shop listed in southdale mall is also just a front.. I cannot open a case as i do not have an owners details and cannot make a police case against a "shop name"... I will not stop and will not give up, i will ensure that they are named & shamed for this.

My 13 year old daughter bought a watch from fati online, same day she cancelled the order, I send how many mails, whatsups from that day to cancell the order and get her money back, so many empty promises from fati that her money will be returned, almost 3 weeks now and we are still begging for her money, horrible service, stealing a child money, we even asked for the watch if they don't want to give refund, still nothing, truly an south African company, taking a child money, a company without a backbone,

Be warned. There clothes are imported and not marked as advertised, also not true to size. They make promise after promise and don’t deliver. They steel your money buy not doing refunds as promised.

Purchased from this site and did not receive anything I ordered. It's now 3 weeks and I have not received my money back. I was promised a refund will be done within 4 days but nothing has been done. Do not buy from this site. I'm so disappointed. My hard earned money, stolen from me.
