Purchased from this site and did not receive anything I ordered. It's now 3 weeks and I have not received my money back. I was promised a refund will be done within 4 days but nothing has been done. Do not buy from this site. I'm so disappointed. My hard earned money, stolen from me.
Absa Ecr umhlanga branch is the worst branch to go too. Gosh so ridiculous. You have to wait hours just to pick up a document. Plus the staff are so unfriendly, they act like they doing you a favour. Staff always dragging their feets all over the branch no work ethics no sense of urgency. You can clearly see staff sitting and killing time. Regret using this branch!!!
Woolworths is the worst place to do online shopping. The service is disgusting. I purchased an item for a 3rd party and the product did not fit. So I called the call center to find out about the return policy, I was advised that the 3rd party can just take the invoice to the store and the product can be returned. Hassle free. Yet this was not the care they refused to assist at the store! And I was advised incorrectly against spoke to a lady by the name of Phindile and even asked her more than once about the process. Will never shop online again. So upset!
This compliment is long over due, but i must compliment Shaun Govender on his excellent service, i have previously had an issue with Msanzi Security and was ready to change my security company, however the way Shaun handled the issue made me want to stay, he is always so helpful, his passion for his work is outstanding. He is definitely is an asset to the msanzi group, and i hope he is recognized for his excellent abilities.
This compliment is long over due, but i must compliment Panarottis Gateway on the excellent service in fact there is a manager by the name of Philani who always makes my husband and i feel so special when we go there, Philani is very different he is always so helpful and always helping customers, his passion for his work is outstanding. He is definitely is an asset to the panarottis group, and i hope he is recognized for his excellent abilities.
The last few times of shopping at the pick and pay at the crescent Umhlanga was the worst, the service is extremely disgusting. when you get to the door you have to get a trolley which is not even sanitized firstly and the guy at the door picks and chooses who's hands he wants to sanitize. YOU HAVE TO ASK HIM TO SANITIZE YOUR HANDS!! (SCARY). You would think that a super market like that with hundreds of people in and out on a daily basis better measures would be in place or management, and to make thinks even more horrifying is when you get to the cashiers to pay NO SANITIZING BEING DONE AT ALL??? like seriously.... and when you ask the cashier about the procedures after each customer she looks at you like what the hell are you saying and mumbles under her breath. Spoke to a manager hope he does something because its also about the safety of all shoppers.This experience has definitely change my mind about shopping there yet i live so near.
I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH ABSA BANK, THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC. I HAVE BEEN CALLING TO SORT OUT MY VEHICLE FINANCE DEBIT ORDER DATE, YET NO ONE CAN HELP . HAVE CALLED IN 4 TIMES ALREADY AND STILL NO HELP.I WAS TOLD ALL WAS FINE ON MY ACCOUNT BUT MY PAYMENT DID NOT EVEN GO OFF IN APRIL I HAD TO END UP DOING A MANUEL PAYMENT, I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH HOW POOR THE SERVICE LEVEL IS. BEEN WAITING ON THE PHONE FOR HOURS AND WHEN SOMEONE FINALLY ANSWERS THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO HELP ME, THEN IM BEING TOLD IM BEING TRANSFERRED TO THE PREVIOUS PERSON WHO WAS HELPING ONLY TO BE PUT ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER HOUR THEN NO ONE PICKS UP!!! IM JUST MOVING MY ACCOUNTS. ABSA IS DEFINITELY THE WORSE BANK. ITS SO DISAPPOINTING HAVING BANKED WITH ABSA FOR OVER 10 YEARS

Telkom called offering me to upgrade my adsl line to a 4meg line at a small increase amount to my monthly bill which was fine. But the consultant failed to explain in that I would need to go to a Telkom branch to get a router and to configure it. Which was kind of ok until I entered the Telkom Gateway Branch oh my gosh if I ever saw staff who is so incompetent so unfriendly they make you feel like we owe them something. Was first assisted by a guy his name was Kuvesan Govender who I must say tired to assist as best as he could with over 20 people pulling him from left to right could there more assistance on the floor. No one to check if people have the right documents. Does your staff even have the right knowledge or training in place? After waiting a long long wait which was about 1 hour I think (could be more) I was assisted by Lwazisto Mhlangu who after waltzing in I think from lunch and after taking awhile to sign on not to forget with this big smirk on his face and singing also like his so glad the queue is going out the door. Tried to help while processing the application for the router he was busy in deep conversation with his colleague her name was Eulie Mohlomi talking about labour laws and how many Sundays they should and should not work I myself work in the corporate environment and this is clearly not professional behavior especially not in front of customers. What I can't understand is who employs people who don't seem to take there jobs seriously. There's no sense of urgency it looks like all the staff is on holiday. Why is it that the manager gets to sit in a back office when your queues are going out the door. Is customer service not important enough for Telkom as long as you have the business already from us!! Truly disgusted by this Gateway Branch
