Hi, I had signed up with Msanzi and it’s been like a 3 months, that the alarm is not sending signal. They sent a technician over and he stated the battery needs to be replaced, I replaced the battery, they tested and said all is in order. We press the alarm and no signal. I am paying for a service which I don’t even have, their technician are *********** because they cannot fix the issue. Really disappointed with this service

You would expect paying a fee every month for security that you would get some sort of decent customer service! Well guess what? With this company you get NONE! On the 1st of May 2023 at around 19:10pm I was attempting to repair my vehicle of which i leave the main garage door open and work on my vehicle (of which I have done for many years). I got a visit from a guy who came with a vehicle, held me at gunpoint and took my cellphone. I proceeded to then notify Msanzi Security of which they asked whether they should send a vehicle to my premises (really pointless as the theives are obviously gone). They did not ask for a description of the assailant or anything like that! Did not even attempt do intercept the vehicle as they could have been easily apprehended by a decent security company. Now ask yourself this question is this the type of 'Security' you want for yourselves and your families? The next day on 2nd May 2023 I left home to sort out another cellphone and banking apps etc, as I was leaving my home called the security company and told them to please watch my property! I get back home my copper pipes are missing and chopped up. Called them had a good few mouthfuls with them. Next day the so called manager calls me and says that it is their fault the person that answered when I asked for my property to be watched did not action it! And that was all I got. Nothing and I mean nothing else. Few days later i asked for a quote on some installations on various extra alarm equipment they pitch here and say they will email me. Its gone almost a month now. No email no call to check if I received my email. What is this? A circus????

I have purchased a property with a pre-fitted alarm system that I had signed a change over from the previous owner of 10 years. Within the first 3months of my change over I have had numerous complaints with this alarm system. For every call out by them, i was charged a huge fee only for their techs to tell me that the system is Obsolete, and they had to disconnect a few zones to make it work, the keypad itself could not be replaced. Nonetheless I did opt to cancel this company's services and get another. Mzanzi has charged me R11500.00(according to their lawyer) for fees under a year of their service. I was listed as a default for R1874 on my credit profile of which I paid in September 2021 after calling their offices and obtaining a "go ahead "from their debtors department. However now I get calls from their lawyer demanding more money to remove this from my ITC. I have cancelled their services and am now 2years with another provider but I now have to pay them for their pathetic services, which I don't think is fair to me. I need assistance for I cannot get credit anywhere with this Default on my name , of which is the only account I have.

This compliment is long over due, but i must compliment Shaun Govender on his excellent service, i have previously had an issue with Msanzi Security and was ready to change my security company, however the way Shaun handled the issue made me want to stay, he is always so helpful, his passion for his work is outstanding. He is definitely is an asset to the msanzi group, and i hope he is recognized for his excellent abilities.

A representative came over to my home and advertise an alarm system. He said that they will give me a "FULLY INSTALLED" Security system. I was happy and agreed upon a contract. When Technician came over he requested that I will have to install my own back up battery as that's not part of a FULLY INSTALLED system. So to me I've been falsely been advertised something. They still insist that I get my own Battery. I feel that's not fair.
