This company is actually robbing people openly with no care for the hardworking clients that they have. I have had an account with them and had to cancel it because I had a modulator installed when i changed insurance companies. I had called them many times to cancel this and to be told that it will be. When i applied to purchase another vehicle was only when i found out that they has listed me on ITC. I called them for a settlement and was given a 70% discount of which i had settled in January 2022. Its been 2 months later and i am still listed on the ITC. When i called Cartrack, the rude and unethical staff told me to pay a further R1800.00 to remove it off my name. I asked as to why this was not included in my settlement figure and why should a client pay to remove his/her name from ITC when they listed them. They are very incompetent as to customer enquiries and are robbing their client is a very unethical manner.
My wife and I had bought 2x Aim 55" LED's from the Chatsworth Branch in April of 2019 , We had only unboxed it in August 2019 as we purchased a new house. However we have had a problem with 1 that used to go off on its own. I have been into the store on numerous occasions to complain about this but our receipt had been with my father in law who is now late. This tv does not come on anymore and the person that handles these queries from PnP Chatsworth cannot be contacted. This unit is under 3 yrs old and I have only used it once , it now hangs on my lounge wall not doing anything and i cannot get any help to sort it out. Model # CZ2055 - Serial # CZ2055A19113615 . I hope to get some sort of help or they can have their TV back .
I have purchased a property with a pre-fitted alarm system that I had signed a change over from the previous owner of 10 years. Within the first 3months of my change over I have had numerous complaints with this alarm system. For every call out by them, i was charged a huge fee only for their techs to tell me that the system is Obsolete, and they had to disconnect a few zones to make it work, the keypad itself could not be replaced. Nonetheless I did opt to cancel this company's services and get another. Mzanzi has charged me R11500.00(according to their lawyer) for fees under a year of their service. I was listed as a default for R1874 on my credit profile of which I paid in September 2021 after calling their offices and obtaining a "go ahead "from their debtors department. However now I get calls from their lawyer demanding more money to remove this from my ITC. I have cancelled their services and am now 2years with another provider but I now have to pay them for their pathetic services, which I don't think is fair to me. I need assistance for I cannot get credit anywhere with this Default on my name , of which is the only account I have.
This company has blacklisted me on ITC. I have called the number attached to the default , they could not help me. The lady insisted that I pay the amount listed. I told her that I don't have a clue as to who this company is. I need help removing them from my bureau now and I don't know how to. This is the most miserable company I have ever came across. They are a bunch of scammers. BE WARNED PEOPLE.
