I initially had a 4g simcard. They used their network coverage program and it stated that my area was 5G enabled. So I decided to upgrade from 4g to 5g. Then instead pf delivering to my address in durban they delivered to an address in Capetown. Then after 2 weeks I received the router. When I powered on no signal. Attempted 2 weeks to receive advice on how to connect. The last person I called told me that my area doesn't have 5G coverage. Ok then reactivate my 4g sim and all is sorted. I was told that they cannot do that and I'll need to purchase another 4G simcard which is an upfront payment of R479. They are the most unprofessional people to deal with. You can't provide a service and not keep up to your word. Don't ever use rain. You'll be wasting your time.

ILLITERATE CALL CENTRE AGENTS!!
First Mail: To whom it may concern PLEASE CHANGE THIS CONTACT NUMBER AS THIS PHONE WAS STOLEN. THE NEW NUMBER IS 0629756287. THE LAST TIME THIS PACKAGE WAS SENT BACK TO RAIN MOBILE EVEN AFTER I PHONED RAM COURIERS ABOUT 10 TIMES TO CHANGE THE CONTACT NUMBER AND NOTHING WAS DONE. SO BEFORE IT HAS BEEN DESPATCHED FOR DELIVERY PLEASE INFORM THE DRIVER OF THE NUMBER CHANGE. Many thanks Yashni Pillay Second mail: I HAVE PHONED YOUR CALL CENTRE OVER 20 TIMES TO CHANGE THE FLIPPING CELL PHONE NUMBER. I'M NOW GOING TO FORWARD THIS EMAIL TO HELLO PETER AND LET THEM DEAL WITH YOU'LL. YOU'LL ARE A FLIPPING USELESS BUNCH OF IDIOTS. I'VE HAD TO MUCH PATIENCE AND IT HAS RAN OUT. When ever I tracked the parcel, it states my cellphone number does not exist. I've changed my cell phone number numerous amount of times with the call centre but yet nothing has changed.

MZANSI FIRE AND SECURITY
A representative came over to my home and advertise an alarm system. He said that they will give me a "FULLY INSTALLED" Security system. I was happy and agreed upon a contract. When Technician came over he requested that I will have to install my own back up battery as that's not part of a FULLY INSTALLED system. So to me I've been falsely been advertised something. They still insist that I get my own Battery. I feel that's not fair.
