I placed an order online for a fridge, it was delivered yesterday and my mother accepted delivery. The box could not fit in the kitchen, the delivery guys removed it off and placed the fridge in the kitchen. They showed my mother the front of the fridge, saying everything is fine. We got home 20 minutes later, they pushed the fridge in and damaged it. I immediately contacted Hirschs, and advised them the fridge is damaged. We never moved it or touched it. I took the pictures same time. It’s within 7days, surely the can replace the item, but the manager refuses to listen to what I’m saying, as if I am speaking lies. How do I pay 13k for a fridge for a damaged fridge. I have ordered multiple times from Takealot and Makro and never had an issue. It is a nightmare on return item at Hirschs and this will be the last time I ever order from them.
Really disappointed with the quality of good purchased from truworths online. I had purchased 2 sandals (o316687156) this year and to my surprise the sandals has opened. This is Truworths we speaking about, wasn’t quality supposed to be excellent. For a sandals to open up within a few months, this means quality has really been compromised

We had booked a service with them, they inspected the car and advised of all the faults, including pictures of it. We agreed to complete it, The car moves like a brand new car, and the old parts were given to us. Keenan and his team explained in detail and were very polite. I will definitely be completing all of our services at CARtime. Keep up the great work!!!!
Hi, I had signed up with Msanzi and it’s been like a 3 months, that the alarm is not sending signal. They sent a technician over and he stated the battery needs to be replaced, I replaced the battery, they tested and said all is in order. We press the alarm and no signal. I am paying for a service which I don’t even have, their technician are *********** because they cannot fix the issue. Really disappointed with this service
Good day I placed an order in September with sleep masters for an headboard and storage base. They advised me that delivery on the 30th of September, 3rd October, 6th October, I have been calling, messaging on their website. They say they have logged it. what do you mean logged ??? when i questioned them regarding my delivery, I am still waiting and no one can give me a clear answer as to what's going on. Really disappointed with what poor service I am receiving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am really disappointed with the calls that I received from Miway today, I have been a client with them for many years and today I got a call from a rude agent and especially the way they explained to me. so I had an incident where my drivers window was smashed, I paid an excess of R1350, the lady calls me to say my premium needs to increase due to the fact that I claimed, Miway has combined all my claims to say i am claiming a lot and that is the reason for the increase, That is wrong because in April an increase was done. I mentioned i would cancel the insurance, she asked okay from when will this be done, is that how you speak to a client for many years, is that how Miway is trying to retain customers ??? what am i paying a premium for. I need to be afraid to claim for an increase, this is absolutely ridiculous. The 2nd lady tells me you'll are running a business, since when have you taught your staff to speak in that manner to customers, I work in the sales industry and this is not how you speak to clients. I am absolutely disappointed and I will be checking around for other quotations!

Telkom is advertising the Apple iPhone 13, it's even in their new catalogue, I visited the Pavilion branches, both stores have no stock, they don't know when they recieving stock and neither do they want to take down my details should stock arrive. This is really disappointing service, why advertise a phone if there is no stock

On the 27th of September our home wifi stopped working and it has not been resolved as yet, neither has the matter been escalated to higher management. I have tried contacting the telkom customer care, they keep telling me that they have sent a technician out, its been 5days and over 300 houses are without no wifi and telkom cannot seem to fix the problem. They are not even updating us as to what's going on, even if we loose out so many days on the wifi, they still take out the same amount of money, how is that fair, really disappointed with their services
