ILL BE SO ASHAMED TO BE PART OF THIS MANGEMENT TEAM

I would be so ashamed to be part of this management team. WHAT A TERRIBLE PLACE TO BE. This 600 old people are without water for a week. Featherbrooke always wants money for everything but when there people are in need the literally chase them away from the taps. Frail care patients are lying in there filth and first. My mother toilet can't flash. It's literally full of...... When I called them The reception just told me, Isabella the manager can't do anything for them. This morning a old man was walking around with a bucket trying to get some water somewhere. This is a terrible place to be. Never put your old age mother or father here.....they are not there to help but just to turn away and look after themselves
