I was employed by this company on the 1st of October 2019, my previous boss prior to me joining tsebo was very understanding and supportive with me resigning and going to join tsebo. I worked for tsebo for 2 years 7 months and during my stay everything was phenomenal they help me buy my first car they assisted me with my work all the time, I was part of a great team we assisted each other in every way possible. I was stationed at longmeadow business park (ABB), tsebo has a contract with ABB to do maintenance at the premises and I was an HVAC technician for tsebo. as time went by me and my colleague got into a deal, I needed help with a personal issue and he offered to assist me, we both agreed on how when will the deal will be completed. Fast forward I could not meet our agreed upon deadline so I approached him and ask him to give me time to sort it out. As time went by he started changing towards me, mind you he was occupying a bigger position than mine plus he been working in the building under different companies for 16 years so if they were to choose between me and him chances are they would choose him, plus I was just an HVAC technician I stood no chance regardless if provided it was proven than he was wrong, approximately about a year later he was abusing and exploiting me so bad I could not take it anymore and my bosses couldn't see anything wrong because he was using his position to fight his personal issues with me, I then wrote and email to my two bosses who were sitting with us in the office at the time and explained to them that I had a issue and requested a meeting (the guy was also cc'd in the email), the meeting was scheduled for the coming Friday of that week, on Friday my bosses were busy they couldn't attend the meeting and asked me to reschedule. After that I realised that the guy has backed off from me and I assumed it was back to default settings he might have gotten the message. Little did I know after a few months he would the same thing again. Now the issue I have with the company, whilst all this was happening I was also attending my preparation for a trade test at (ACRA) they company was paying for my fees, upon completion of my studies I realised that the guy was doing too much and the stress for me was too much and I loved my job so much and I respected everyone. But my working place was now a nightmare for me, I could not sleep because of him, I even lost weight because of this, my bosses were quite fond of me, actually they loved all of us but the guy caused me to make a decision and hand in my resignation letter, my family depended on me, my kids and my wife were also depending on me and I had to make a tough decision and quit my job because of him. Upon completing my notice I was called into a meeting by my bosses, I told them I had no problem working for the company but I don't know how to move forward with all of this Infront of and worse I don't have prove that he been abusing and exploiting me so I opt to rather quit. They accepted my resignation and told me to leave, upon standing up I could hear my other boss on the speaker speaking via zoom asking about the funds for my studies then I left, I thought they would deduct their monies for my school fees from my Provident funds which would have been great but they didn't or they couldn't. Few months down the line I'm now starting to enter the job market again so I'm applying, I realised that my line manager from tsebo is telling my potential employers wrong information about me, I know this because before I left tsebo I politely asked him to be on my CV and he agreed, little did I know that he would spread wrong information about me, I was called to come for an interview in Randburg, when I got there the guy straight up asked me what I did in my previous company confused I asked him I don't know what you mean? He said the guy I put on my CV as my reference said I left tsebo because I beat someone, I was shocked. I would assume if such happened then I would have signed a written warning or been to a hearing of some sort but none of that happened so later that day when I got home I sent him a WhatsApp and asked why he do that, he rep**** and said that guy took whatever he told him out of context and then he told me to remove his name and number on my CV, I removed him on my CV then I sent tsebo HR email requesting a reference letter, I won't lie HR did send me form that look somewhat like a reference letter, it had the date I started working for the company the date of contract termination, my occupation and my salary. I then sent them another email requesting a reference letter they then rep**** and told me to ask my line manager to give me as he is the one who usually do those, I then sent my line manager an email requesting a reference letter he rep**** and said I must speak to HR he doesn't do reference letters thats when I hit a dead end, again I can't prove this but I made a call to one of my ex colleagues last year 2023 and they told me they were informed not give anyone that calls the office enquiring about my name any good references and they must not even agree if I call them and request them to be my reference, so basically I'm being blackballed by a company and my kids must starve because of this and I did nothing wrong. So my working experience started like a house on fire and thanks to my boss Brian Van Zyl he was good to me throughout my period and tsebo I want to thank him for giving an opportunity to work for tsebo and may god bless him to continue to do his great work and uplift others, but tsebo solutions group work ethics is questionable and I just need clarity.

No one likes hospital food.My admittance to Akeso hospital for pain management was pain free, pun intended.Tsebo did all the cooking and had the run of the kitchen.Their food equals 5 star restaurants.I believe that we eat with our eyes. The presentation of their food, made one feel to eat.Portions are per individual and a variety of dishes offered.Chef Reddy and his team simply amazing.I wish that i could take a chef home with me,just for the way meals are prepared and presented. You can taste the love and passion in their meals.Well done to the entire team at Akeso Hospital ,Milnerton,Cape Town

They violate and exploit employees and in that they do not pay employee salaries... It's the 3rd month and we still awaiting payment. Their HR is very rude and not at all helpful. I wouldn't advise anyone to take a job with them.
