I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory handling of my query, which was logged on 31 July 2025. To date, despite several follow-ups, the matter remains unresolved and I have not received the reimbur*****t due to me. This delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the level of service expected from Pick n Pay. I request that this matter be treated with urgency and that the reimbur*****t be processed without any further delay. Kindly provide written confirmation once action has been taken. Refund, Been in contact with Netcare Garden City Refunds department, sent them various emails, with absolute no response, they are quick to charge you upon admission, but fail to refund what is due to you, been sending them all necessary emails with attaching documents they request....my calls get cut....my information taken and promise someone will call me back....but nothing.....so the service is very pathetic.

Well in light of the feedback i have receive from Teljoy ( Michelle Administration Dept) 13 November2020 i was promised a delivery 16 November 2020....guess what....once again Teljoy has failed to deliver on their promise as such...so once again utterly poor and disgustfull service delivery of such....i wonder what excuse they gone give me now.....Full on pathetic service.
The most pathetic experience ever, i was suppose to have receive a replacement Tv unit as i have logged a call....I have been without a television set for more then a month.I was told that i will receive a new unit 6 November2020 and as per Katie More one of the service consultance and as per Teljoy service delivery it will only take two days.I have sent numerous emails and made calls,up until today 13 November2020 there has been no communication from Teljoy....utterly disgusted with the service.
