Going the extra mile - Great customer service

An order that formed part of a birthday gift was taking a long time to be delivered. I contacted Feel Healthy and they informed me the courier had lost the order and that they would resend it. I had an opportunity to have the gift delivered on Monday and asked if it could be rushed to me before then. The order was delivered this morning on Sunday. This is customer service and I will definitely remain a customer.
