I placed an order for my usual medicine on the 14th of December 2021 and paid for it online as I always do.
I had to continue follow up and request feedback only to find out that when I sent another email follow up was I informed last week Thursday that the order will be delivered on Friday due to the public holiday.
I waited for the meds the entire Friday and nothing was delivered. I then on the evening of the 17th of December 2021 sent an email instructing Feel Healthy that I want a refund as the meds were not delivered as promised, and I had run out of my supply.
I in the interim went and purchased my meds the 18th as I could not wait for Feel Healthy to eventually decide when they would want to deliver.
My emails have been ignored as I now request a refund from them which is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional as I have been a loyal monthly client of this establishment for the past 4 years.
Last night (20/12) I again sent 4/5 follow up emails requesting a refund of my money as I am being ignored.
Today I received an email confirming the refund will take place and another email saying I must refer to their email saying they will deliver on Friday the 17th. It is obvious that this order was never prepared for delivery and that there is an issue in refunding clients.
We are now a week into the initial order and I have not received the refund as requested.
Please be very careful when ordering from Feel Healthy as they do not deliver on time nor do they refund your money as a result of their incompetence and poor client service.
I will continue going viral with Feel Healthy until such time as my funds are reimbursed as requested.
This is not the service I pay for and I will no longer be a client of this establishment due to the fraudulent manner in which they operate. They owe me R 1,240.00 to date.
(In the past I would place an order on a Sunday evening and receive delivery of my meds the following day.)
