Delivered Wrong Products
I ordered Epi-still as a combo special. I didn’t pay immediately and was hounded with many emails saying if I didn’t pay I would lose my discount “Click on the link below to complete your order” So I did THIS LINK WAS FOR THE INCORRECT PRODUCTS They sent me the wrong products and now say it’s my fault. That I must’ve clicked on the wrong link! I do not have the Epi-still which is what I originally ordered. I need it urgently to send overseas for a loved one who is ill. I would not order from this company under any circumstances as they send you the wrong products and then make it your problem Very disappointing to say the least And a complete waste of money I informed the "customer service" department that it was not acceptable to now say that I ordered the wrong product. I never looked at the product they sent me. I do not expect them to take responsibility for their incompetence and quite frankly bad business practice, as its evident this is an ************* company and they are not interested in sorting out their mistake Shame on you! I have since ordered my products from a reputable company. There are many other suppliers who I would recommend instead of these fly-by-night chancers. Just do some googling I fully expect a less than honest reply; probably somewhat belligerent. Lets see...

Thanks for your review. We are sorry that you are disappointed. When you placed your order, there was a discount available and we did not want you to miss it, which is why we sent you reminders. Upon investigation, we found that you ordered a different combo and these were the products we shipped to you, according to your order. Our dispatch department has sent you a screen shot of the products you ordered to show you what you originally ordered. Customers are able to review their orders before finalising the transaction and this is the order you sent us. However, we understand that mistakes can happen and have offered to exchange the products for you, provided you return them unopened and in good order within the returns period. We also offered to meet you half way and send them to you at our expense, even though we sent you what was ordered, meaning that we will carry the cost of shipping twice, even though it was not our mistake. Our dispatch manager advises that you said you would post bad reviews unless we carried all the shipping costs, even though it was not our mistake. As mentioned, we are meeting you half way, but we cannot send you the replacement products, however, unless you return the ones that you incorrectly ordered. Once you return the products in good order, we will ship your products as quickly as possible.
