A few days after receiving my online order, I realised that there were two items missing. Unfortunately the box the delivery came in had been disposed of. I contacted Feelgood Health via their WhatsApp and advised of my problem. There were no questions asked, the items were replaced and delivered a few days later. I am very impressed with their service. If you have a query about a product I pop them an email and shortly after receive an explanation. A pleasure to deal with
