A few days after receiving my online order, I realised that there were two items missing. Unfortunately the box the delivery came in had been disposed of. I contacted Feelgood Health via their WhatsApp and advised of my problem. There were no questions asked, the items were replaced and delivered a few days later. I am very impressed with their service. If you have a query about a product I pop them an email and shortly after receive an explanation. A pleasure to deal with
Hats off th Checkers Sixty60, I am recovering from surgery and not very mobile. I place an order and within 60 minutes my order is delivered, once there was a delay, they kept me informed on Whatsapp. I wasn't put out at all. I would give them 5 stars 🌟, but on a few occasions they are out of stock
I tried to order on line as I am recovering from surgery. They wouldn't accept my account for payment and an auto message came back that my car was blocked. I went to Woolworths on crutches they confirmed this was my card but I would have to go to a main branch to unblock the card, not possible. My request for assistance went unanswered. I decided to call them this week, they said my account was closed as I had a nil balance for more than 12 months. Today I am told I requested closure. They say I can apply for a new account, why would I even consider this, I am a pensioner and the account will probably be closed again in any event.
I YESTERDAY I was disposing of shares and unit trusts, Company 1, 2 emails and phone call, my broker is now working on it, Share holders, Company 3 I received a return email, saying I can expect a reply in,3 to 5 business days. Company 3, Metropolitan life, what A pleasure to, deal with professionals, an email within minutes, later an sms confirmation and by last night an email confirming,the endor*****t and the payment requested.
I purchased the product on Sunday 28.02.2021. After establishing the ingredients, I cancelled my order, as I am allergic to some. Today 01.03.2021 I have been advised that a refund has been made by CheetaThin.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers. They phoned yo say they are unable to supply what I ordered and substituted with two bouquets. I have now received an account for my original order plus the bouquets they supplied. Weeks later despite phone calls and emails, they still cannot sort the account out. It is shocking how an organisation the size of Woolworths cannot see the error of their woes. Extremely disappointing
