Stale ferror roche gaffer & nut
Recently received a gift... previous to the gift I purchased like 3 /4 boxes of chocolate as gifts for others. Every gift was gifted complained about . The chocolate had a funny stench and the waffer and nut was horrifying to eat stale. As a reputable brand surely it under goes a quality inspection. Which is so bad despite the fact you pay for a good chocolate.

Worms in the Chocolate
I found WORMS in and on the chocolate *****. The chocolates were sealed when I received them. I had already eaten 6 when I discovered a Worm!! On closer inspection there were three dead moths in it. The expiration date on box is the 31:08:21

Empty Promises.
My boyfriend purchased 4 boxes of 375g Fereo Rochers for me which was gifted to me a present cause these are my favorite chocolates, to my surprise most of them in each of the boxes didn't have the hazelnut In the center!! They was packes poorly & looked as if they were placed in a fridge and taken out cause the chocolate looked white. I mean if we gonna pay so much for something can it not be made of utmost quality and perfection.. Really disappointed cause the hazelnut gives it the overall taste which is actually soothing to my pallet. Scaring part is having to go through so many to see if you were gonna get lucky enough to actually have 1 with a hazelnut!

Ferrero look before you bite.
I received a box of ferro from my partner which he bought from hyper checkers only to open one and find there are white bubble specs coming out of it. I was shocked. It looked disgusting. I opened another one n found that one was normal but as it was in the same container i did not want to take a chance and eat it. I have emailed ferrero but no reply yet.

Poor customer service
There is no way to contact Ferrero Rocher SA. I am not sure if they are aware of this??? There is no customer care line. The phones at Rivonia don’t work and the phone lines at the factory in Walkerville don’t wor****! It makes not sense that a company like Ferrero Rocher has no contacts listed that work. It is actually ridiculous. Makes you wonder how they make their sale numbers monthly?????

Stale wafer and nuts of Ferrero Rocher
I have purchased a box of Ferrero Rocher as a treat for my birthday however I've been left with a disaster. The wafer and nuts were very stale on each and every chocolate. This is very disappointing as we are big fans of Ferrero and these chocolates come at a price we do not expect such low quality.
