I am utterly disgusted with the level of service received from Vumatel it's been an absolute nightmare! Filled with anxiety, frustration, stress, and TIME!!!! I have cancelled my services with my precious isp provider as they did not meet my isp requirements. I then needed to get connected with another, and they couldn't connect me as my line needed to be cleared that is all that was required from vuma But ... VUMA HAS BEEN TERRIBLE!!!!! The ticket was created days ago and still nothing has been done. Their customer service is terrible, agents don't know what's happening and are so rude. Vuma literally had 1 job, literally just a few clicks of a button yet they are making this so difficult. I work from home, my job requires internet I have already lost out on so much money How much longer do I have to go through this. I am so disappointed that we have to go through such great lengths for simple matters to be resolved, it's actually sad that you have to be afraid to have fibre issues because the provider constantly fails you.
Sibusiso helped effortlessly and answered all of my questions promptly. He was pleasant and overall amazing! This is what customer service should always be like! Well Done

On 21 November 2021 I placed an online order from Builders warehouse, for a Gas hobb and Electric oven combo. Upon checkout the item showed “In Stock” from Rossburgh branch in Durban. I checked out and it’s now 22 December 2021 and I have still not received my order. I have called the customer care department on a number of occasions. I’ve sent through endless emails and have been given the run around. I was told that my order was out for delivery, then told that there was no stock of the item amongst several other excuses. On 3 December 2021 I’ve emailed customer service who advised that the store is waiting for stock from the supplier and they have 1 demo model Available if I am willing to take that. I responded with follow up questions and to date nobody has responded. This is really frustrating as a stove is such an essential item which I need ASAP. Please would someone kindly assist me!
In February 2021 An Electrical and Telecommunication business called TnJ project Solution contacted me regarding my property that I had available for Rent. This business was interested in renting out the property for 4 employees. They then signed a lease agreement with the estate agent that is dealing with my property rental and everything was in order. 6 months into renting the property these employees have distorted and destroyed my property. They have refused to make payments towards the utilities and rent. Upon numerous requests for payments, we still haven’t gotten any payments or answers from this company. Every time I call the company they advise that the relevant person that I need to speak to is not in and they refuse to answer my calls. Being a well established company this is unethical and very unprofessional. I cannot understand how such a company can have employees rent on a property then fail to make payments!!! I placed an online order for a Hisence TV on 9 January 2020. I had opted for collection from Makro Cornubia branch.On 10 January 2020 I received a call from makro Cornubia saying that there was no stock of the TV and they are going to deliver straight to my home from another branch. It's now 4 February 2020 and my order still hasn't been delivered to me! It's over 4 weeks now and I've called the call center everyday from January I have even been in store and nobody can help me! On 28 January 2020 I called in the call center and cancelled the order. To date the order hasn't been cancelled! On the 29 January 2020 I have made a follow up call to check if the order was cancelled and the agent cut the call on me neither did she have the decency to call me back! 1 February 2020 I visited Makro cornubia and I was told that nobody was answering the phones at head office and the branch that has the TV also didn't answer so they couldn't help me! I was also promised a call today morning by someone from cornubia branch however I still haven't received the call! This is absolutely pathetic service and I have had just about enough with Makro! I don't understand how nobody can help me yet this is what they are employed for? I URGE WHOEVER IS READING THIS TO PLEASE ASSIST ME I AM ABSOLUTELY DESPERATE AND EARGLY AWAITING MY REFUND OR SPEEDY DELIVERY OF MY TV!!!!!
Disgusting customer service by discovery. I've joined discovery medical aid some time in 2018, the plan which was suitable for me was the key care plus. In November 2018 I've experienced a very bad eye infection which required an hospital admission. I'm now already in such a bad and stressful situation but obviously this doesn't matter because discovery is going to make it a whole lot worse! So my doctor fills in the authorization forms and sends it to discovery. I then wait for 2 whole weeks with numerous calls back and forth only for discovery to decline authorization, I then let it go. There after my doctor says if I cannot get admitted then I need to be referred to another specialist, we follow the same above procedure and yet again discovery gives me the run around and there after declines my authorization once again I let that go as well. In February 2019 I got very sick and visited 2 different GPs to get two different options on my illness. Both GPs issued various blood tests and prescribed medication. Two weeks into it my condition gets worse and I visit the doctor again where he examined me and advised I need to visit a specialist physician. So he fills in all revelent documentation and I request to sent the documents to discovery by myself thinking it would fasten the process. How wrong was I!!! I'm already highly stressed and really ill. And to make matters worse I now have to go back and forth with discovery for a simple authorization! Day in and day out I call the call center only to be told a million different things! STILL AWAITING FEEDBACK DISCOVERY!!!!!! This really is pathetic service and a really dumb procudure!! Weather or not this is the lowest plan or not the fact remains that we are still paying a high premium!!!! I expect to receive good treatment, good customer service and prompt feedback!! And oh I WOULD LOVE TO VISIT DOCTORS WHILE I AM ILL NOT WHEN I'M BETTER!!! THIS IS THE WORST MEDICAL AID ANYONE COULD EVER CONSIDER TAKING! IT MAKES YOU MORE SICK THAN ANYTHING!
I have purchased a box of Ferrero Rocher as a treat for my birthday however I've been left with a disaster. The wafer and nuts were very stale on each and every chocolate. This is very disappointing as we are big fans of Ferrero and these chocolates come at a price we do not expect such low quality.
I have placed an order for a Laptop contract in early January. I've done this via the Telkom website. A couple days later I was called and all of my details were confirmed by one of the sales consultants. There after I was sent an sms saying that my order was approved and my account will be debited for an amount of R529. There after I have received no communication what so ever from telkom. It's been 3 weeks! From the first week I have been calling the call centre every second day and to date I have not received any help!!!! Everyday I am given the run around. Firstly when you call the customer service line you have an HOUR long wait before anyone attends to the call. Then when they finally decide to answer the incompetent agents are unable to provide any information on the status off the order! Every time I call I'm told that they are unable to assist and I should call this number and that number!!!!! I've had just about enough with telkom!!! I definitely DO NOT want to get myself committed into a 3 year contract with no assistance or communication from this disgusting service provider!!!!! PLEASE ADVISE ON HOW TO CANCEL THIS DEAL AND GET MY MONEY BACK???!!! I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS AND ALLOW MYSELF TO BE PUT IN THIS STRESSFUL SITUATION DAY IN AND DAY OUT!!!
Rude agent at brooks and Luyt attorneys I've received a call from one of the consultants (Belinda) at Brooks and Luyt Attorneys, regarding my Edgars account. The lady asked me to confirm my ID number which I did. Then she goes on to ask '' Why you not paying the account'' I advise her that I am unemployed, she was like "well you were employed before stop making excuses" ! At this point she is screaming! I tell her "you don't have to be so rude please speak to me properly". She says "this is the conversation we are having! I said this is the conversation we are having. At this point I told her to call me back when she can speak properly with respect then I hung up. She calls back, doesn't say hello or anything. Just screams and tells me '' you always use this as your defence YOU ARE AT FAULT YOU ARE AT FAULT! At this point she is not even giving me a chance to speak neither is she allowing me to explain myself. I then advised her to get another agent to give me a call. I am utterly disgusted with service recieved by Brooks and Luyt attorneys. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional! Thankfully I have the entire conversation recorded as my phone automatically records all calls.
