Once again Vodacom is stealing from their customers. Yesterday I found out that I have been paying for what Vodacom claims is third party content R135. FOR WHAT????? This has been going on for three years. Vodacom refuses to reverse this on my accounts as they claim they did not activate it and have nothing to do with it yet apparently they can block it from happening. What are the customers rights? My dad uses this line and doesn't even know how to go onto the internet. (So called gaming, he doesn't even know what that is) I want someone from Vodacom to phone me and provide me with proof that this has been cancelled and prove to me where and when this was activated with my permission. I want this cost reversed and want my money back for these charges that I never agreed to. Once again this morning I get an sms from Vodacom saying you are subscribed to third party content. WHO is subscribing me????? I am to scared to click on the link in case it adds more money to my account. Vodacom will take no accountability and says they have no connection to these third party services. Obviously they are involved and in cahoots with these people to keep stealing money from their customers. Why is it always an on going battle and as the customer you never win.
Why do you have a contact us on your website if no one bothers to get back to you. Last week we ordered x1Crispy Sesame Chicken bowl and x2 Thai butternut and chickpea curry bowls. They were so disappointing and tasteless. We used MR D. If you can’t make a dish properly it should not be on the menu. I don't mind paying money for good food but when it is tasteless and a waste of money it really is not fair. We didn't even get the sambals as indicated on the menu. The food arrived with no cutlery - what is the point of takeaways if you have no utensils to eat it with it. You really need to send someone to sample the dishes and make urgent changes or take them off your menu. Crispy chicken bowl there was not fresh coriander or rainbow slaw. It tasted like sour spaghetti in broth. The chicken had no flavour either. Curries should be full of flavour. The Thai butternut curry bowl was bland with a bit of bite. Come on guys we expect more from Mugg and Bean. It’s not like it was a problem with one dish. All three dishes were equally disappointing, tasteless and bland.
Vodacom’ didn’t even bother to get back to me after the last complaint. It has been three months since they stuffed up my contract and no one cares less. The reply on Hello Peter was to call me! Do you think anyone did? Of course not
Vodacom’s cancelled their wrong contract on my line. It is now three months later and it is still not resolved. They are happen to take your money but can’t fix their stuff up. My phone line does not work unless connected to wifi. It’s is shocking. That’s what happens when you employ incompetent people. Three months later and I’m still battling. Why couldn’t they reinstate my line as it was????? Now it’s my problem
Shocking service from Takealot. I sent my Apple Air pods in as they are faulty. They are still under warranty. The policy is you will receive them back in 14-21 days. I don't think they were even evaluated. Eventually 27 days later and after numerous follow up emails I receive them back in the most shocking condition. The box looks like it came out of the rubbish bin. That is not how they looked when I sent them in. Why has Takealot just sent them back to me with no reason????? Especially considering they are still under warranty?????
Still has not given me my refund from over three months ago! Never shop from Zando. Useless, incompetent. They should be shut down!
Vodacom does not give a **** about their customers and they have no issue stealing from them. I cancelled one of my lines, followed their terms and conditions but they are so useless. They cancelled the wrong line and I am still being charged. A week later none of the incompetent staff and numerous calls has resulted in no resolution and me still being charged. When they reinstated the line they should never have cancelled they added on all these additional costs that I was not even aware of! Thanks Vodacom for making being one of your customers a living HELL!!!!
I agree with the previous review also written Today titled ZANDO sucks and deserves a 0 rating!!!! I logged a return for my order weeks ago. After the customer care agent promised to phone me back and never did I called back again. Zando sent me the wrong size item that is why I am being so inconvenienced to start with! To date I still have the item!!! The service has been beyond shocking. Is anyone ever going to collect my return???? Your policy states the customer has to log a return within 14 days which I did!!! What is Zandos consequence for not following through in collecting a return! To make matters worse I selected a Zando voucher with my discovery points. When eventually someone decides to do their job and actually action the return I suppose I will get another Zando voucher! Let me make this very clear I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ZANDO AGAIN! EVER!!!! I will tell every one I know not to shop at Zando. This is the worst after service I have ever experienced from an online supplier and I do all my shopping online. Please arrange my refund ASAP so I can go and purchase the item somewhere else. Somewhere that is reliable and cares about customer service!Waiting this long is honestly beyond ridiculous!
There is no way to contact Ferrero Rocher SA. I am not sure if they are aware of this??? There is no customer care line. The phones at Rivonia don’t work and the phone lines at the factory in Walkerville don’t wor****! It makes not sense that a company like Ferrero Rocher has no contacts listed that work. It is actually ridiculous. Makes you wonder how they make their sale numbers monthly?????
Thank you so much to Shafick Allow who went out of his way to resolve the issues I was having with the consultants trying to sort out a claim. Shafick phoned me back numerous time to make sure that I had everything I needed. You need to employ more people like him. If it was not for him you would have lost a client.
