Unreliable and Unproffessional

Terrible service. After booking a table in advance for a large group of people for a function, I get called by them saying that my reservation is cancelled because they realised there's a rugby game on the same day as my booking. My function had nothing to do with the rugby, yet had to be cancelled to make space for other customers...

Unprofessional and unreliable. Thank you for the last minute inconvenience, we will gladly take our business elsewhere.
