HARRASMENT AT FIGHT CLUB SA

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at FightClub SA. After using the gym only four times, I requested to cancel my membership due to a very serious issue. One of the trainers harassed my girlfriend during our time there, which made both of us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

I formally complained about the incident and clearly stated on their app that neither my partner nor I feel comfortable attending their gym anymore. Despite this, they are refusing to allow me to cancel my membership.

It is unacceptable to ignore a harassment complaint and then continue to force customers to remain locked into a membership. A gym should be a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, and unfortunately that has not been our experience at all.

I would not recommend FightClub SA to anyone looking for a professional or respectful training environment.
