I am extremely disappointed with my experience at FightClub SA. After using the gym only four times, I requested to cancel my membership due to a very serious issue. One of the trainers harassed my girlfriend during our time there, which made both of us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I formally complained about the incident and clearly stated on their app that neither my partner nor I feel comfortable attending their gym anymore. Despite this, they are refusing to allow me to cancel my membership. It is unacceptable to ignore a harassment complaint and then continue to force customers to remain locked into a membership. A gym should be a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, and unfortunately that has not been our experience at all. I would not recommend FightClub SA to anyone looking for a professional or respectful training environment.
Hi There, I recently has a terrible experience at Goldwagen Randpark Ridge. I rushed over from work, got there at 16:59, and the doors were already closed. But hat wasn't the worst part. The system was still on and they were serving customers. I asked the security why the doors was closed before 5, he ignored, he then opened for a customer and said they closed. The staff had a good laugh like my time and business was funny to them. I advise people to never go to Goldwagen Randpark ridge.
I have been with metro fibre for some time. Recently, my wifi stopped working. I contacted Metro Fibre Go and asked for assistance. I was told they will assist me within 24 hours. I then got an Whatsapp message saying they have fixed my wifi. My Wifi was not fixed. I called several times and received a mail saying they were trying to reach me(Unfortunately, i had received no call from them). Fed Up, i decide to let them know I am moving to 5g, 6 days later... Please note, I work from home and have now spent a lot on mobile DATA. After seeing my email and ignoring me on whatsapp, i finally received a call regarding the repair... I notified them, I have not paid for this month and will not pay for a quarter of the month, which i had no access to the service. They insured me that they will sort it out and let me know how much I need to pay. I then got an email saying im owed the full amount. At this point i am very frustrated and simply have a bad taste on my mouth, regarding. I do not feel as if i should pay for a service that was not working , considering I was ignored several times.
