The customer service when booking a reservation is absolutely terrible and the business should really try to employ people whom aren't rude to potential customers. On the 7th of October, I had called the restaurant to book a reservation for the 14th of October at 5pm. No problem there, all went well, and the reservation was booked.
Today, the 13th, I call in to confirm the reservation I had made, I am immediately answered by a rude lady, whom asks for my details. I spell my name and give my number. She tells me there is no booking, and then out of nowhere a man starts speaking on the phone. I explain to him, I want to confirm a booking I had made for this week. I give him my details, and he tells me that unfortunately there is no booking, and I never made one. I proceed to tell him I made a booking on this exact number and spoke to another gentleman that day, whom made the booking for me.
He proceeds to tell me, that it is impossible, he was the only guy there that day, and that I spoke to him. I then said, "if I spoke to you, do you remember my booking then?" he say, no, he never spoke to me?
I tell him I definitely made a booking and if you can not find my reservation, can you make another for me?, to which he kept cutting me off, and having an attitude saying he was the only guy here that day and that I spoke to him? While raising his voice at me for no apparent reason, to which made no sense, as I was calm throughout the conversation. And yet apparently I never called.
He eventually made my booking and took down my details, but I am so put off with his attitude that I dont feel like even spending money at an establishment with such unprofessional employees.
