"I celebrated my birthday at Protea Hotel Fire & Ice Menlyn, expecting a memorable experience, but it turned into a nightmare. My phone was ******, and the hotel’s response was shockingly inadequate. Despite CCTV footage and alerting management within 2 minutes, there was no lockdown, no attempt to locate the *****, and zero accountability.

After checking reviews, I found multiple other guests have also reported their phones being ****** here, with similar lack of action from the hotel. This troubling pattern of negligence shows that Protea Hotel Fire & Ice Menlyn does not prioritize guest safety.
