Despite CCTV footage and alerting management within 2 minutes, there was no lockdown, no attempt to locate the *****, and zero accountability. After checking reviews, I found multiple other guests have also reported their phones being ****** here, with similar lack of action from the hotel. This troubling pattern of negligence shows that Protea Hotel Fire & Ice Menlyn does not prioritize guest safety. As a loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed. I strongly advise anyone who values their belongings to think twice before staying here. Protea Hotels, you must address these serious security issues immediately!"

My employment was shamefully and dishonestly terminated under the guise of permanent incapacitation, despite a clear medical report stating that I would make a full recovery within three months. Roelien Gerber, who was directly involved in this process, demonstrated a complete disregard for my well-being and the facts presented. Instead of following the medical advice provided, she chose to take a path that reflects poorly not just on her professionalism but also on LabourNet’s supposed commitment to ethical employment practices. This decision was not only unjust but also malicious, showing a blatant disrespect for the truth and a lack of integrity that is shocking for a company that claims to uphold professional standards. It is clear to me that Roelien Gerber and LabourNet prioritize their own interests over the welfare of their employees, and this shameful conduct should serve as a warning to others considering their services. LabourNet's handling of my situation was nothing short of disgraceful, and Roelien Gerber’s actions have seriously damaged my trust in the company. I would strongly advise anyone dealing with LabourNet to be cautious and to question the integrity of those like Roelien Gerber who are in positions of authority. In summary, my experience with LabourNet and Roelien Gerber has been one of the most negative and damaging of my professional life.
