I saw an adverti*****t on Facebook and filled in a call back from. I received the call back within 10 minutes and I was assisted by Edgar from First Loyalty Plus. He explained everything thoroughly and even gave me time to think it through. I asked to be called by the following morning and he did exactly that within the time frame I gave him. I felt comfortable and he answered all questions I had. If this is the type of service I will be getting going forward than I'm looking forward into enjoying the programs benefits. I saw an adverti*****t on Facebook and filled in a call back from. I received the call back within 10 minutes and I was assisted by Edgar from First Loyalty Plus. Unauthorized payment method and payment day .
When I joined this it looked professional. We agreed on the membership. We also agreed on Debit order payment. Which means you are still in control of the payment. Now they have started a new payment method on the membership without explaining. Credit card payment monthly without approval it just goes off. Last they even collect money on thier favorite days. Without consulting with me.
