I saw an adverti*****t on Facebook and filled in a call back from. I received the call back within 10 minutes and I was assisted by Edgar from First Loyalty Plus. He explained everything thoroughly and even gave me time to think it through. I asked to be called by the following morning and he did exactly that within the time frame I gave him. I felt comfortable and he answered all questions I had. If this is the type of service I will be getting going forward than I'm looking forward into enjoying the programs benefits. Unfortunately I got a chip on my windscreen whilst I was driving on the freeway. To my more fortunate news, my comprehensive cover includes glass repairs for such incidents and it wasn't a hassle to get my claim approved to have the chip repaired. PMD has competent consultants who makes it easier to get assisted. Thank you.1 reply

I took my car for major service about 3 weeks back and I had to do additional work on it as well and within 2 weeks of getting it fixed my car started having problems again - same problem I thought I got fixed and also additional problems that I never had before0 replies
