I saw an adverti*****t on Facebook and filled in a call back from. I received the call back within 10 minutes and I was assisted by Edgar from First Loyalty Plus. He explained everything thoroughly and even gave me time to think it through. I asked to be called by the following morning and he did exactly that within the time frame I gave him. I felt comfortable and he answered all questions I had. If this is the type of service I will be getting going forward than I'm looking forward into enjoying the programs benefits. I sent an email of cancelation last month and didn't receive any response. Today (7/01/2025) I called Gym Company Brackenhurst 3 times to get assisted with my cancelation and they kept putting me through "the relevant department" whose line just goes flat. And when I raised this issue up, I still didn't get any assistance. And if I stop paying, they would be the first to call. Mind you I joined in Jan 2022 and never missed any payment. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to even think of signing up with them if they will make it impossible for you to cancel the membership.
Unfortunately I got a chip on my windscreen whilst I was driving on the freeway. To my more fortunate news, my comprehensive cover includes glass repairs for such incidents and it wasn't a hassle to get my claim approved to have the chip repaired. PMD has competent consultants who makes it easier to get assisted. Thank you.

I was struggling with receiving the otp for my app and Nompumelelo Mntambo was patience enough to guide me through rectifying that and even stayed on the line until I was able to access the Miway app. Super friendly consultant. Thank you very much Nompumelelo
I took my car for major service about 3 weeks back and I had to do additional work on it as well and within 2 weeks of getting it fixed my car started having problems again - same problem I thought I got fixed and also additional problems that I never had before
I was assisted by a consultant named Kelebogile in regards to canceling my policy. She didn't give me any hassles and was friendly throughout the call. And I was placed at ease to reinstate my policy in the foreseeable future.
I was about to jump ship and get into an agreement with another insurer and an agent - Thabani Mnguni from MiWay was patient enough to go through the quotation I got from the other insurer and he broke down all the terms of my cover and was able to meet those benefits and even more. I'm happy to state that I'm remaining with MiWay.
