Double Debit order
Directaxis has been double debiting me, using different codes, that makes my bank to charge me R65 every time I reverse the debit. As if that was not enough, they processed debit on the wrong date, then I get charged for declined debit. I called them, I was on hold until I dropped the call. I sent them an email to their complains help desk. No reply. Florence
