I placed an order through Uber Eats at Fish and Chips Ridgeview, and while the delivery was super smooth and the driver was a total legend 😊, the order itself was a total disaster 😐. Items were missing, and it was just plain wrong 🙄. I reached out to the restaurant at 11:40, and they told me to share my contact details so they could sort it out. Fast forward to 13:44, and I get a call from the restaurant saying the owner can't help, and I need to contact Uber 🤯. Like, what's going on here? The people who made the error are suddenly passing the buck? 😒 Make it make sense, right? I mean, if you made the mistake, own up to it and fix it! 📝 Instead, I'm stuck in this weird limbo, and now I've got to go chase Uber? Unbelievable
