I placed an order through Uber Eats at Fish and Chips Ridgeview, and while the delivery was super smooth and the driver was a total legend 😊, the order itself was a total disaster 😐. Items were missing, and it was just plain wrong 🙄. I reached out to the restaurant at 11:40, and they told me to share my contact details so they could sort it out. Fast forward to 13:44, and I get a call from the restaurant saying the owner can't help, and I need to contact Uber 🤯. Like, what's going on here? The people who made the error are suddenly passing the buck? 😒 Make it make sense, right? I mean, if you made the mistake, own up to it and fix it! 📝 Instead, I'm stuck in this weird limbo, and now I've got to go chase Uber? Unbelievable
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent online shopping experience. The store took 10 working days to dispatch my parcel via Skynet, and I had to follow up to learn they were short-staffed. However, my frustration was compounded by Skynet's inadequate service. Despite having my contact information, Skynet failed to provide any updates or communication regarding my parcel's estimated time of arrival. To make matters worse, they delivered my parcel to the incorrect premises, further exacerbating the inconvenience.

Despite specifically requesting that delivery be scheduled before making any arrangements, my heater was delivered to my workplace without my knowledge or consent. This was not only inconvenient but also against my workplace's delivery policy. To make matters worse, the customer service I received was subpar. My concerns were not addressed, and the entire transaction was handled poorly. The only positive aspect was the refund, but it was not enough to make up for the frustrating experience. Pros: Refund was processed Cons: Poor communication, Delivery made without consent, Customer service was unhelpful Recommendation: Improve customer service and communication to prevent similar experiences in the future.
made an international purchase to SA and i was charged 45% of the total value in customs, i'm honestly disappointed to find out that the couriers companies are charging us ridiculous amounts because they dont want us to make international purchases.
