Disappointing value for money and service / flame diner

During this year I ordered several times from them as well as today. Disappointed to say the least. Their food quality is thumbs down. The value for money is 2 thumbs down and getting the order correct with the serviettes and knives and forks ect, that would rate as 2 thumbs down. Today was the last I would ever buy from them again.
