I've been going to Clicks in Bergbron Roodepoort, for 3 years now. They have always been friendly and helpful. Whilst they are busy renovating for several months now, they remain helpful. Thank you to Remi for his friendly and patient assistance throughout this tough time.
The local choice pharmacy in Fairlands is definitely is definitely recommended. I spoke to Michelle on 2 occasions. She was friendly and very helpful. Each time she had my order correct and her advice was appreciated. Pieter delivered my order and was quick, helpful and friendly. Thank you for caring and your quick response each time.
Since I became a pensioner receiving Sassa old age grant, I've been struggling to afford the premiums and annual increases. I contacted customer service and was met with a patient and friendly lady. She understood my difficulties and offered an alternative to canceling the policy which I had for almost 7 years. We did everything over the phone and within a week I received my amended policy. Liberty has been helpful and efficient in all my queries and amendments throughout the almost 7 years. I would definitely recommend them if you want a good policy and even better customer service. Parcels are torn with delivery, locker sizes aren't the same as on the app, refund of locker fee has been outstanding for 18 days and still not resolved. The pudo admin lady Lisa van Wyk is rude and has no care to resolve matters sooner rather than later. On first enquiry I was told by customer service that it takes 2 to 3 days. Wrote an email, and was then advised that it will take 5 to 10 days for the fee to show as a credit in my app account. Wrote another email on day 13, after requesting the money to be transferred to my bank account. Wrote again another email on day 18, and was met with a bad attitude. Requesting to speak to a manager or head of the department, was completely ignored. Today, day 18, no joy. No money refund, no contact names of senior management. The customer service is horrible, and I would never recommend anyone to use The Courier Guy. Shameful how they don't care.
Highly recommend. Ordered, delivery few days later. Item incorrect. Returned and collected following day. Credit on account nexr day. Ordered again, delivery next day. The app provides for reviews which is essential for the consumer feedback and sometimes additional information. Their service is amazing. Thank you Takealot for excellent service.
Actually no ratng. Needed to follow up on delivery status. No correspondence. Received wrong item. Continuous follow up on collection of item. Now, 2 weeks after collection, still no refund. Only excuses. At the same time I ordered from Takealot . Delivery status immediate. Order returned next day. Immediate credit. Bought again and deiivered next day. All took place in a week with Takealot. A mere refund from perfect dealz have not been received since 12 March when ordered till now 17th April. More than a month later. Anger does not begin to describe it.
I have ordered several times from this branch in Kempton park and noticed it's getting worse and worse on their service and delivery time. Today it's already 80 minutes ago that the order was placed and no shopping has begun. Their promise 60 minutes. I believe that if I am fortunate the order will arrive 2 hours after placing it. They have lost a client.
on 4th of April, after shopping my car wouldn't start. The car guards were helping pushing the vehicle. Fortunately the parking lot was not full of vehicles. It didn't work after several attempts. The assisted in finding someone with jumping cables to start the car. Thank you for your support inside and out side the centre.
Excellent. My dad of 84 with vision impairment, went with us. Their support in making it easier for us to move around and in and out of the cabin, was heart warming. The food was great. Everything was clean and accessible. A day full of great memories. Thank you. I would love to visit again.
Medi park pharmacy Kempton park. Something went wrong there. Phoning 3 different numbers, no answer. Sent an email to place an order for delivery the folliwing morning. The next day way after 12, it was delivered. Almost got a heart attack paying this huge amount. Checked the order, it was wrong. Although it was written on an email, they could not get it right. Trying to contact them telephonically and emailing them, no response. What now! How can any business survive with this kind of service. Needless to say, I will never recommend them, nor make use of them EVER.
