Terrible food, lack of attention to detail, extremely bad customer service

I took a chance ordering from Flame this evening as I was in the mood for a burger, however, what I received was very disappointing.

The burgers: a bacon and cheese, blondie and a Hawaiian burger..

The order received had a cheese burger but no bacon, the buns were soggy to the point that I had to eat each layer of the burger individually, which is not ideal when you are wanting to eat a burger.

The chips weren't anything to write home about either... oily, partially cooked and and no flavor.

so when I called to speak to the manager about the situation, he wanted to send the delivery guy back with R7... or charge me for the cheese burger that was in my hand instead of sending me the correct order without causing an argument...

I did get my bacon and cheese burger though and sent the cheese burger back, but it was flavorless, the bacon was there but it didn't seem like and it just fell apart.

The Hawaiian burger fell apart too and was very bland. The blondie burger was cold and fell apart to

I'm not satisfied with the food or the service I received today as we have been supporting your establishment since it opened and the quality of food has become very dissatisfying.

The standard has dropped from a first class store to mediocre and is not worth recommending to family and friends.

If I had to rate your store after the food I received, I wouldn't even give it a 0 out of 5
