I bought a Hyundai I20 from Flawless Cars Selby in Johannesburg on 20 June 2025. I over paid by R5000.00 and I was informed that the refund will be processed the following week in June 2025. We are already in July, almost a month after the payment and I still have not received my refund. I had to keep calling the office and the salesperson Lisa and there is sometimes no answer or no communication. I ended up going back to their offices and I was told that I needed to complete some refund form from head office in Cape Town. The forms finally arrived on the 4th of July and I returned the completed forms with supporting documents on the same day. I was then informed that the refund will be paid within 7-10 working days. Guess where we are now and still no refund. I have been calling almost every other day and no feedback even on emails. There is no contact number for the Cape Town Office anywhere even on the refund mail, so how the hell am I supposed to follow-up. I have called Lisa in Selby today and she said she will send the Cape Town number now but I still have not received it. I am overly annoyed at the unprofessionalism and treatment. I want my refund and cannot wait any longer.

If i can give 0 stars i would. I havent bought any vehicle from them however i found them selling my previous vehicle that was written off. Their advert had incorrect milage (75000 kms under what the actual milage is) and they did not state anywhere that the vehicle is a code 3. Be extremely extremely careful buying from Flawless cars

I paid for my Mercedes online to be delivered to Cape Town. It arrived in Cape Town during the daytime but they waited 2 hours and only delivered it to me after dark. The next morning I discovered it was 2 years older than advertised, had a different spec (no Satnav), had been in a front and rear end collision with a home made paint job, all body panels misaligned, the driver had had an accident during delivery from JHB and half torn off the front fender, the rear fender was from a different model car and had been melted by the exhaust on the way down. They refused to refund me and I litigated for over 5 years. Finally won the case and got a court order instructing them to collect the car and refund me with costs. They ignored the court order and the Sheriff went to seize assets from them. However, they said all the cars were on consignment and they didn't own any of them. Next the Sheriff went to attach money from their bank account but it was empty. The car is still lying on my lawn. They never sent me registration papers so I can't even sell it. My advice to everyone, don't go anywhere near these people and don't believe any phony positive reviews. Deal with them at your peril.

Good day. I had a sour business with Flawless Cars. A car was sold to me by kagiso on 2020 roundabout May. It was beautiful, I bought because I wanted to move the money as I was undergoing a divorce process. I was told the car has a spare key, I requested to see it but was always given the run around just before the sale, I almost didn't get, the key but when they gave it to me it was not working. I complained and was told by Cy to fix it myself to get it working. The seat belt on the driver was not fitting in the clip as it was a replacement so they glued a different clip on the side of the seat, I noticed that the same Day I collected the car, I called to complain and again they did nothing about that, so so fortunately I managed to get it working on the original car belt clip. Plrior to paying, I was told that the car will be serviced, unfortunately that didn't happen so I noticed the alternator belt was old, then Cy told me that I can fix it and they will credit me on my account. I requested the monthly statements, for the first few months I did receive but I had to as for them. Every month, the bigger problem started when I got tired of asking every month and then I requested that atleast I must ge the statements without asking and they asked me for proof of payment, I then proceeded to ask if it will be possible for me to receive the statements without sending the pop, I was communicating this with karabo, then Cy took over and close to be vaxious and said I will have to send every single proof of payment including the ones they already had. Mind you, the first statements had wrong dates and when I resent them back to them, Cy said I ****d them as kagiso left the company though I still have the WhatsApp where they were sent to me. From their phone with the sent date. I asked if they force me to send the pop, does that mean if I deposit Via the atm and loose the receits, I will loose my money to them! No one responded. They claimed the wrong balance, Cy kept telling me about the finance department which even fail to take account of monies received every month. I paid to the last cent and deducted the cost for fixing the belt, sent them my calculations including the receits for the belts, Cy said they are not responsible for my repairs. He is now denying their promised response regarding the belts. I missed two months and paid it all in full, they claim a 21% interest which was never disclosed to me. I refused to pay it as I don't have such an agreement with them and they are not registered with the NCR to be charging us the interest. Now they don't wanna release my papers, they do t wanna produce paperwork pertaining to their acclaimed balance. I have to now fight them legally. My stupid clientele said they can't help. Miosa didn't hep Cpa didn't help Nca didn't help. It's not worth buying at flawless cars
