Excellent Service
Have just received items ordered from Flying Robot on backorder. Enjoyed my shopping experience with them an I highly recommend Flying Robot to anyone wanting to purchase items from then. No regrets what so ever.

Flying robot, proof that caring about your customers matters!!!
I am very new to the FPV flying scene and recently invested in a BetaFPV Cetus Pro starter kit. Flying Robot has set a new bar for what customer service, support and technical assistance for me. It is rare that companies value existing and new customers are much as the guys at FR. You guys are as passionate about the hobby as you are about your customer. Thank you so much for your guidance, support, honesty and feedback with recent issues as well as your speedy resolution to a problem I had. You have my support and my business.

after sales
I ordered spares from them ,but the courier was hi-jacked .Phoned them and they did replace the items and resend it the next day .

Best local option for FPV hobby
Great products, always ships on time (if you order before 14:00 delivery is sent same day) and a definite effort to stock the latest products for the FPV hobby. I would highly recommend

Appalling over sales support
Excellent purchasing experience , however appalling over sales support. Purchased a item in May, device stopped working in August. They asked for the product to be shipped back to them, which we did at our own cost. October now, and the shop isn't responding to our emails etc.

Appalling over sales support
Excellent purchasing experience , however appalling over sales support. Purchased a item in May, device stopped working in August. They asked for the product to be shipped back to them, which we did at our own cost. October now, and the shop isn't responding to our emails etc.

Excellent service. I bought my quad copter parts and lots of other drone related things from these guys. Their support is awesome and friendly, they process orders really quickly too. Thank you, Flying Robot!!
