Worst after sales service I have ever experienced, from Ford Barloworld Pmb. I bought my Figo in June 2019, and immediately the boot compartment (hood) came apart. Went over in December 2020 for the Warranty claim, where I got told to raise it at my next service. Booked for a service in June 2020, and got a date for two weeks after the call. Came in on the day to find out they moved it by another two weeks without letting me know. Came in on that day, and my job card was not there. Eventually found out my service was moved to two days BEFORE I made the first call to book the service??? Eventually, after I showed the the recording on my phone from the first service date, they agreed to service my car. I then pointed out the warranty claim and got told they can't do warranty claims on a Saturday, I have to come back... again. Came back a week after the service so they can take a photo to order the replacement part. I then got told I need to make a booking. Made a booking for two weeks later for this photo. Upon arrival I got told my car needs to stay with them for TWO DAYS for them to take the photo and submit the claim. I did not even arrange alternate transport because I was told this is a 5 minute exercise. Now I need to return AGAIN when they eventually get this part. It honestly would appear to me that they will go out of their way to avoid assisting you with after sales service.
I recently bought a new car and wanted to add my new to my e-toll account and remove my old car that was written off in an accident. I live in Kzn so I do not really use e-toll that often. After finding it impossible to access my online account to do this manually, I wrote an email to which I received the following response: "Please be advised that in order to remove or add a vehicle to an account, the account must be firstly on positive balance. Your current balance is R0.00 and is temporally suspended due to insufficient funds" So my account is completely settled, but apparently this is not enough to remove and add a vehicle?
