I had a lightning struck at my home ,and lost about all the electronic equipment in the house. Reported the issue and a company was send to pick up all the equipment to test.(that took 2 days )Then the company tested everything (another 3working days).It is a week and a half later and when I phone them they say maybe another 2 days .I am very frustrated with the whole manner in which it is handled.
If you put in a query in the app., it gets accepted after 7 days without any action taken on the query. If you phone them, they say they have a back lock of more than 7 days and the system, accept it after 7 days.
I am very happy to rate Verseker Insurance a 5 star rating .It was a pleasent experience to do bisness with them .I changed the polisie 4 times ,and every time it was done very qiukly and frendly .I got a better coverage from them for about 2/3 of my old premium .
Very friendly and service that go beyond wat is expected . And the prices is quite competitive.
I ordered spares from them ,but the courier was hi-jacked .Phoned them and they did replace the items and resend it the next day .
I was very happy with the service that I received from the Rustenburg office. I got a quote from them ,but when I ordered ,one of the items was sold out . They surged for one for me ,and gave me a link where to order ,even though they did not made any thing from it but still went the extra mile to help me
I am very pleased wit the customer service that I have received. After receiving a faulty product and reporting it ,they have promised to replace the product for me .
