I had such a great experience with FOMO’s customer service! I bought a voucher for a spa day as a birthday gift, spoke to the spa beforehand and no one mentioned they were closing down. Just a few days before the birthday, when I tried to make the booking, the spa informed me they were permanently closed.
I contacted FOMO and Ryan handled it so professionally—my refund was processed immediately with no hassle at all. Super quick, helpful and friendly service! Really impressed with how they handled the situation. Highly recommend FOMO, I’ll definitely be using them again.
