It's now the second time Ford can't solve faults on a new vehicle, you buy a new bakkie to ensure the safety and comfort for your family that drives in the vehicle. One little rattle that still didn't get sorted a year later and now malfunction warning lights on the dash but hey it will take three whole days to sort and no we don't have any vehicles to borrow you, no other we can make a plan or see what we can do for you just that's what it is... One and done will start looking for the replacement, so disappointed

I purchased a Ford figo from Ford bruna about 5 years ago and must say I am happy with the vehicle and assistance I received at the time. I however had to replace my battery recently and the radio reset. I was requested to insert the code for the radio. The dealership did not stick the code in any of my books nor in the area they usually do inside the vehicle. When I contacted them they said I had to bring it in and pay for the code and they claimed Ford SA for not providing the code. It is unacceptable that I must now pay for the code when neither of either Ford SA or Ford Bruma did what they were suppose to do. A family member had the same problem and they provided the vin number and were given the code for their radio. It is an absolute inconvenience that I must now book the car in for the code when it was not provided to me and now I must pay for it too. I am being treated like a criminal when it is my vehicle.

Had a fuse replaced in my Ford Ecosport and the workshop damaged the cubbyhole, we took the car back numerous time specifically for this to be rectified and now the cubbyhole is falling out of the entire dash after the last visit. They promised to call and make an appointment to fix the problem but never do this. Now I have arranged to take the car to a different dealership in order to try and get their mess correctly sorted out. Their workshop manager as well as the DP were the people i dealt with and their empty promises and lack of interest in this was appalling!

Is there less than an 1 star. Wow with all Ford's bad review let me add mine. Mine was a nightmare experience where the service manager in Polokwane, Ford BB auto wrongly diagnosed my vehicle after I told them I suspect the alternator is the problem. I lost a battery because I'm a women and what do I know about vehicles (Sorry I'm not blond), then my alternator replaced (six months later and I was right - women knows). I lost a second battery this year 6 months after alternator was replaced. Ohhhh only one guy told me (he consult with his battery friends, a battery don't get damaged after driving with an alternator not working for 6 months - again I'm not blond), ohhh other guys laugh at this idiot. Thanks ford I'm turning my ford in for a Toyota. The 2nd person in 2 weeks. Toyota laugh (the guy think of sending a biltong boutique to Ford for being idiots) for the new buyers. So bye ford, I'm happy was not my biggest life experience less than R5 000. Oh and sorry the new Everest 2019 limited is goodbye from me. You lost customers. Wake up
