I got the best help from the Fourways crossing Centre management. They have once helped me when my car was stuck years ago and today they have helped me with moving boxes (a favor I realize was at their discretion). For years Fourways crossing has been and will be my favorite shopping center.

Ordered a 3 x quarter delux with cheese. Repeated my order and asked them when handed to me that is was what I ordered. Had to go back as they gave me wrong order. After 3 conversations with 3 separate people. They stopped them but by then chips are cold. On closer look at burger it has not got all the ingredients. No pickles. Just frustrating. Not worth it. That is no more Macdonald. 1 know 1 customer won't make a dent. They have the Grimace promotion and inside they are playing the music so loud that I could barely have a conversation. What a pity, there is no control on the sound level. I wouldn't normally complain but its alot of money and the inconvenience.

My son purchased a gift card at Fourways Crossing, Mr Price Home store. 14th August for R350 for my birthday, around 5pm. On Sunday 28th September I visited Fourways Mall to purchase a picture, first time I had used the card. I was told there was only R30.00 on the card. On Monday 29th September I called the customer service department. I was first told nothing could be done, even though the card had been used to purchase airtime and a vest on 19th August at Sunny Park Pretoria. I have never been to Sunny Park Pretoria. I visited the Fourways Crossing branch were the purchase was made. I was told by the manager, they would check the cameras and call me the next day, being 30th September. I have to date not heard a word from Mr Price customer email helpline, neither have I heard from the manager at Fourways Crossing. This is totally unacceptable and I will be taking further steps to resolve this matter.

Ordered the breakfast ( R78) on 30/11/24 The worst breakfast I've ever had in any restaurant I can't believe that they can actually serve a breakfast like that If I were the owner, I'd be embarrassed

Male staff In the women’s bathroom, walking around chatting. Very disturbing, very disgusting, very inappropriate. Men should never be in that bathroom.

I phoned Hitches 8 days ago to get a price on a LG washing machine pump, the gentleman who served me was very helpful, but unfortunately the spares Dept does not answer their phone , they only operate by email, so to-date I am still waiting for a response , my neighbour has been waiting for 3 months for a price on an element for his oven . Shocking lack of service or even to phone me back . Looking elsewhere.

Mc Donald’s in fourways crossing has been always getting my order wrong ! They forget to put items in the bag when you order on Uber eats ! They miss the order completely. It’s such bad service . They also never answer the phone
