I phoned Hitches 8 days ago to get a price on a LG washing machine pump, the gentleman who served me was very helpful, but unfortunately the spares Dept does not answer their phone , they only operate by email, so to-date I am still waiting for a response , my neighbour has been waiting for 3 months for a price on an element for his oven . Shocking lack of service or even to phone me back . Looking elsewhere.
Bought a phone in January R3500 from that day the phone have never been in use it’s a multiple user phone which I stipulated I did not want every week they give me a new SIM card the phone is NOT useable MTM will not replace the phone it has been to head office and they will not replace the phone. Please someone help me I am a pensioner and need the use of this phone which . It was supposed to be a new phone and it’s an old phone I am desperate please assist me I am desperate. Every Monday they change the sim so I do not have a number what can I do. MTN will not assist me
Don’t ever apply for fibre from Vodacom they are useless 3 months down the line and I have two routers one LTE stick which they cancelled and second router never sent an LTE stick in the box, whilst I wait for fibre. Which I can’t get either because they are incapable of putting in my correct address on delivery from Ram I have had 100 different excuses as to why they can’t sort this out I cancelled today placed order on 23rd Feb 2023z Cool ideas whom I was with for 4 years could not pick up My fibre line waited 3 weeks cancelled. I now have app**** to Afrihost whom seem to be on top Of their game 🙈
