Bad service (Frames on line)
Shocking service from framesonline. No response to numerous emails sent. We sent a collage to be framed in a floating frame. When it was submitted, the people were in proportion but the received print has elongated faces and bodies and you can see the hooks through the floating frame.

Ghost company
I feel like this company doesn’t actually exist. I ordered frames to the value of just over R2000 a few weeks ago. I paid via EFT and no one sent me a confirmation email and since then after trying numerous times in their website I have heard back from no one. They are sitting with my money and there’s no way to contact them because they only have a feedback form. No tel number or direct email. Absolute ****mers. I’m so incredibly frustrated. Don’t use them.

Amazing service!
I highly recommend frames online. Their website is easy to us and if you have any question, they are quick to respond and friendly. Their frames are good quality. Their courier couldn't deliver the exact day as promised so the owner came personally to deliver.
