I feel like this company doesn’t actually exist. I ordered frames to the value of just over R2000 a few weeks ago. I paid via EFT and no one sent me a confirmation email and since then after trying numerous times in their website I have heard back from no one. They are sitting with my money and there’s no way to contact them because they only have a feedback form. No tel number or direct email. Absolute ****mers. I’m so incredibly frustrated. Don’t use them.
Absolute fraudsters!! I wish I had read the reviews on Cielo / Wheco Group before i purchased my patio furniture. After purchasing a lounge suite and bar stools in early December 2019, nothing arrived after the stipulated delivery time. After calling numerous times to locate my delivery (no one even tried to call me first) I was given the number of the courier who informed me that they do not deliver that far out (I live in a farm out of town). All this despite actually paying R775 for outlying area delivery when I ordered. Wheco eventually got back to me saying that I needed to pay R2500 to get my order delivered or pick it up myself. I asked for a refund. One which I am still waiting for a month later. Every time I have called or emailed in the last few weeks I have been told they cannot refund me until the products are back in the warehouse. After very vague and disinterested responses about the whereabouts of the delivery I eventually managed to track down the courier Wheco used who informed me that the delivery had in fact been made on 9th January. After confronting Wheco, they promised my full refund by Friday 24th Jan. I am yet to hear back from them and I now get no replies or responses to my emails. I have been forced to seek legal help to get my R28000 back! Never ever buy from them !
