1. They hire amature accessors that render poor services that delay the whole claiming process. It took them 3 months to write off my car while they were attempting to fix it at the panel beater meaning there was a poor assessment of the on the vehicle after the accident.
2. My car hire was not extended mean while my policy allowed extension.
3. The whole claiming process and administration was just on another level. Poor communication, i had to call the panel beater several time to check the status of my claim cause i want not getting any feedback or answers from the insurance.
