This company is useless to the consumers. They must shut it down. I paid up all my depts in November 2023 they still cant remove me from debt review after paying them R6.7k. Its May 2024 still no contact from them after i paid them their fees. USELESS!!
1. They hire amature accessors that render poor services that delay the whole claiming process. It took them 3 months to write off my car while they were attempting to fix it at the panel beater meaning there was a poor assessment of the on the vehicle after the accident. 2. My car hire was not extended mean while my policy allowed extension. 3. The whole claiming process and administration was just on another level. Poor communication, i had to call the panel beater several time to check the status of my claim cause i want not getting any feedback or answers from the insurance.
I was hijacked on the 27 May 2022 where i was kept hostage, tied up and thrown in the my own car bot where i was take to a location that i dont know and the hijackers opened my phone with my fingerprint and tortured me to give the pin numbers of my bank cards where they withdrew all the money in the bank account. When I reported this case to capitec at one of their branches they ddnt even open fraud cause or anything. They just blocked my old card and phone number and gave me a new card. This bank is very incompetent. Not even an investigation was done of the fraud and i was told there is nothing they can do.

When I reported the fraud to FNB they quickly blocked my account and did an investigation where they refunded me the money stolen in my account sorted me out with new cards and new login details.
I bought a 3 panel gas heater GGH-42BA on 04 June 2022 in Builders Warehouse Midrand. They were out of 9kg gas tanks that the heater use. I then went to another Builders Warehouses namely Geniza and Lambton branches to try purchase a gas tank where I showed them my receipt of the heater bought at another branch. They confirmed to me that they have stock of the gas 9kg tanks but they refused to sell me the tank where I was referred back to the branch that i purchased the heater. I then called Midrand branch on 06 June 2022 asking them when are they receiving the 9kg tank stock they told me they still waiting for Afrox to deliver. I then made other arrangements to get a 9kg gas and connected the full tank gas to the heater, Gas valve malfunction. Heater does not stay ON after following the procedure and YouTube videos tutorials. Now I have to take the heater back to Midrand branch mean while there is branches close by.
I never invested on a company with poor service delivery like Alexender Forbes. This company has poor service delivery and lack of communication. How the hell on earth can a client invest their money with the company and when the client wanna make a withdrawal it becomes a complicated issue? How do they justify 25 working days "5 weeks" without paying off the client and no one is making a follow up with the client to inform them about their investment. I'm very disappointed about Alexender Forbes service. I once invested with liberty they took 15 working days "3 weeks" to pay off the withdrawal. The investment I made with Liberty is exactly the same with Alexender Forbes. Why is the claiming procedure takes longer with?
