Poor service and no feedback.
I have had ongoing problems with the 11Kw Full Circle inverter. In the past I always got good advice and good service but not this time. They have had my batteries in for testing for 2 weeks and I have had no indication when my system will be repaired and working.

Will not give us what we paid for
We bought a big g package from them with 12 panels an inverter and two lithium batteries,they sent their guy Christiaan to install it,when the guy arrived he said the new inverter was still on its way and he will install another till the new one comes,months later my mom who is in her 70’s asked him about it and his reply was if it’s working why change it,my mom is old and did nothing but a while later we started having issues so he came back and sold here another inverter and battery so now we have two inverters and three batteries,a while after that the inverter broke down and he came and took it in and got it repaired instead of replacing with he new one we paid for,my mother forgot about it that time,it broke down again and this time she remembered it and said she wants her new one that she paid for and she will call full circle about it,they say he doesn’t work for them anymore and he says he works for himself,now cause of this faulty inverter one of the batteries does not work so they both say they will fix the issue and replace the inverter,they didn not,they repaired the same one and only charged the battery and it still doesn’t work right and effects the entire system,they ignored all calls from my mother,I will have to get another company to have a look at what they have done and am now seriously thinking of taking them and their guy to court over this,they refuse to give us the inverter we paid for and leave us with a second hand one and I’m sure that the third battery we got was also second hand and at the end of its life

Best after sales support
I bought a Growatt inverter from them a few years ago and recently the MPPT charge controller popped. Since it was still under warrantee I took the inverter back to them. They then sent the inverter in for repairs and it was fixed and retuned a few days later at no charge. FullCircleSolar always answers there phones and does an great job at after sales support. One of the best companies i have dealt with.

Best after sales support
I bought a Growatt inverter from them a few years ago and recently the MPPT charge controller popped. Since it was still under warrantee I took the inverter back to them. They then sent the inverter in for repairs and it was fixed and retuned a few days later at no charge. FullCircleSolar always answers there phones and does an great job at after sales support. One of the best companies i have dealt with.

Their knowledge of the product they sell is way beyond the normal solar supplier. There service and professionalism is the best we have experienced. We are proud to be able to use a company of there standard. From Didi and Paul helping you from the beginning to the end with any queries you might have. Just recently we bought 3 x UP5000 Pylontech batteries to upgrade our system and the delivery was super fast and the price was just right for us. Thank you FULLCIRCLESOLAR. Warrantee failure.
I bought an Axpert 7.2 Max inverter from DIY Geek. Full Circle Solar is their supplier and they must uphold the warrantee on this supplied product. It was faulty out of the box with the cooling fan running at an excessive speed at very low load conditions. As I have the same inverter and has installed one at another customer, I am in a perfect position to compare their performance. Three independand people observed and noticed the problem clearly. I returned the inverter to GIY Geek at my own expenses (R264.50). After more than a week I received feedback that "there is nothing wrong" with it. This clearly cannot be correct - three people cannot be wrong!! Previously ordered inverter worked 100% correct with fan speed according to load conditions. I do not know how this is going to play out but I will never do any business with DIY Geek or Full Circle Solar ever again. This is not service at any level especially if items are brand new and under warrantee.

Great service
Great business. After the last power outage of more than 20 hours my battery shut down and I could not get it to reset. I was at my wits end.. I took it to Full Circle and they reset it and showed me how to reset it. I reconnected it to my invertor but by this time I think the the battery had lost too much of its charge. Back to Full Circle I go. This time they kept the battery overnight to give it a full recharge. Took it home and connected it again. No go.. I was a bit concerned the invertor was shot, so this time I took the invertor AND the battery to Full Circle and asked them to check it for me. They did it with a smile. Lo and Behold the invertor started up when they reconnected it at their premises. Took the system home again-- same issue. I phoned them and while going through the corrective procedure, the way they told me to, with Stefaan and the thing switched on.. (I think it was Stefaan's brain waves over the phone that did the trick :) Its still working... To make a long story short: The guys at Full Circle went out of there way to help me even though it was not their invertor. The patience they showed with me was unbelieveable, (I would have told me to ****** off a long time time ago..)) I was the one who got impatient!!! So thank you guys Didi and Stefaan for your patience and helping me to get set up again, I really appreciate it..

excellent customer service and pricing! excellent knowledge and experience on all products recommended. We no longer need to rely on Eskom!
