I placed a legal advert in the newspaper for a deceased estate. The account has been paid twice in error. we are waiting for a refund and have sent the proof of payment and supporting documents. The accounts department do not acknowledge my monthly follow up e mails and have not refunded the overpayment since receiving proof in February 2023
This business is a scam!!! I ordered and paid for a bra. When there was no delivery I e mailed them and they said the courier lost the delivery. Ann from Shapes said she would arrange another delivery. Nothing came and I told her I wanted a refund. No refund after 14 days and no response from Ann. How do we stop this business from stealing other peoples money and how do we take down their face book page? disgraceful!! Hope Karma hits them soon
I administer deceased estates. I have several estates where the deceased held bank accounts with ABSA. I have forwarded the relevant FICA documents to the national deceased estates department of ABSA. For some of the estates it is now going on 6 months and still no response. As much as I understand that they are behind schedule due to the masters office being offline, this kind of waiting period is unacceptable! I have beneficiaries who desperately need money and we can not finalize any of our estates as we have no information to go on. I need someone at ABSA to help me resolve all of my cases and not just keep me in the queuing system as this is clearly not working out!

on 9 April 2015 I e mailed [Email Removed] to report the estate late details with ALL the Fica documents to close the account and pay out to the estate late banking account. <br> I have e mailed various people, phones several times and my last e mail to the complaint tresolution centre of 15 October 2015 remains unanswered!!!!<br> no one returns messages, calls or e mails.<br> matter needs resolution now!!!
I paid a recycling company named Mama She's Waste Recyclers R171,00 every 3 months for them to collect recycling every Wednesday from our house<br> I voluntarily paid the amount of R171,00 for the months of January, February and March 2015 via eft to Mama She's<br> 2 weeks went past and our recycling was not collected.<br> was advised after payment Mama She's waste recyclers had sold the company to a group called Naledi Earth. <br> I contracted Naledi Earth and sent supporting documents.<br> have followed up and still no response or refund<br> They have taken my money and do not offer a service and I demand my refund
