Trying to find out about Oats So Easy. No one at Marketing has a phone no ??? so you can speak to them, you can only email them. The Head of Marketing - Nolwazi Khuluse does not reply to emails, so how do we get info. In this day and age, you can't speak to anyone, only the switchboard, who can't help, only give you email addresses - vicious circle.
Even though I had problems with my inverter, the guys at Full Circle stood by me and assisted me till it was sorted out. Thanks guys.
I have had ongoing problems with the 11Kw Full Circle inverter. In the past I always got good advice and good service but not this time. They have had my batteries in for testing for 2 weeks and I have had no indication when my system will be repaired and working.
I tried to do a sim swop on one of my numbers and "Customer Care" could not assist me. After answering many verification questions, they still refused to assist. I have to go into one of the Vodacom Stores to get this done.
From the time I made my claim till the pay out, Santam,s response exceeded my expectations at every level. What a pleasure to deal with.
I have visited the branch 3 times to complete my FICA information. My accounts are now frozen and it seems nobody can fix it. What unpleasant service from Nedbank. I am now in overdraft as I am unable to transfer money.
Wow. Try to contact this company to cancel a unit because the vehicle was sold. Waited for 30 minutes listening to "We are experiencing high call volumes" Tried at a different time on another day. Same result. Put more consultants on the job! I sent a request for someone to call me back. No luck yet. 4 days later. Sent a request on their website. Waiting. So hard to communicate with them for a simple business transaction. I am still on the phone now. Still hearing "we are experiencing high call volumes". Finally got through. Guess what. I must send an e-mail! why not just put that on your website for goodness sake.
Booked and paid for a flight to CT today. Arrived at the designated 90 minutes before our 7.20 flight only to be told that we had been bumped to a much later flight. No communication and no consideration for other arrangements we had. Poor service all round.
Wow this bank is hard to do business with. Due to a mistake on the Banks part I now need to complete and provide many documents etc just to re-instate the access part on my Bond. Iti is the same as if i were applying from scratch. I am WAY ahead in payments but they dont budge. Their attitude: Fill in the documents if you want it sorted.
No service from the Home insurance division. Put in my claim 6 weeks ago. a few phone calls but nobody has been out to fix my roof.
