Never to be repeated, abysmal experience with this "international" franchise. Food varied from terrible to acceptable, depending on the dish. Reservation on-line was futile, and had to be confirmed by telephone. The waiter, Skype, was friendly and efficient but his efforts were hampered by an kitchen overwhelmed by the expectation of starters being prepared and delivered before main courses. 2.5 hours into the experience and food had not yet been delivered- including starters. Management seemed inexperienced and inept. Several patrons were observed complaining, some leaving prematurely. Sadly, just not worth the hype. And an embarrassing experience to hosts with NZ and Aus visitors.
