Rossburgh Licencing in durban I would like express my disappointment about the Rossburgh Licencing durban . Today I went there to do my licence renewal. I was there at about 6 : 35am . At about 7 : 45am department employee was wearing a pinky tshirt , light skinny jean and black sneakers ; unfortunately I could not get her name but I believe whoever was on duty can identify her. She came 1st called card collections , people followed her 2nd round , she called senior citizen , she also called people with forms . We were all in the queue , she then said we came for people who were here on Tuesday and whose names are on the book that was about 8am and she said the rest of you can go back home as we will not be attending to you and that was 8am. 8am people on the book were called and it was not alot. Mind you the same thing happened yesterday ( wednesday ) , people were sent away without being assisted, People complained on the line as some were saying we have been here since monday and we are being sent away without assistance. Around 9am Ms Quvane came on the telling people that they will only take the names and we must go back as we will not be assisted today. They will take name and allocate for us to return on the given date. I personal asked it's about 9h30 and you are telling us to leave as early as 9h30 , is it possible to wait till closure time maybe you can take few people from us and whoever wants to leave can leave as I believe you cannot just tell people to leave at about 9h30 in at 8am as the lady I described above told us that we can leave after she called the names of the people who were at the testing ground on Tuesday and wrote their name. Ms Quvana said we will be wasting our time as they will not assist us today , She will write the name on the book and allocate the date. She went to the group who was also upset about the service we are getting , one lady said yesterday was there and she was sent away no names were taken , she came back toat at about 4h00 to be told again to go back ladies next to her also raised their disappoint as they also arrived at about 5h00. They took about 10 people. She continued writing our names on the book allocating different dates. I was so disappointed about the bad service we as the citizens we are getting from Rossburgh center there is no order at all . I would have understood if there were maybe different lines for example 1st time application , renewals , collections etc , then maybe say we take certain number of people for each line a day , that is understandable because one will say eish I'm the one who was late but at Rossburgh licensing there is no order and they send people away without being assisted , I was so upset as I was there at 6h35 , 8h00 we are told we are not going to be assisted. I humbly ask that this conduct to be investigated , feedback provided and to take the citizens seriously going forward.

This the letter I wrote Iam not getting any response. Transportation Board Johannesburg [Gauteng ] Dear Smith /Dirah Re: Request for Processing of Permits and Taxi Relief Fund for the Late Ralph Jacob Jones ID 600422 5193081 I am writing to bring to your attention a matter that has been pending for two years since the passing of my husband, Ralph Jacob Jones. As his spouse, I am reaching out to request assistance with the processing of our permits. We had a total of five permits, and I also held temporary permits, including 11 approved permits. However, despite my efforts, I have only received R7200 from the Taxi Relief Fund for one permit, instead of the five permits that we were eligible for. I find it perplexing that one permit was left under my late husband's name, and I kindly request that this be transferred to my name. Furthermore, I have already paid for the necessary receipts, and I am concerned about the delay in processing these permits. Regrettably, I have been receiving death threats, which I believe are unjustified and stressful. I urge you to look into this matter and assist me in resolving the permit issues as soon as possible. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours sincerely, Bridgette Jones (Spouse to the late Ralph Jacob Jones Cell:081 031 3871 ID 6509080162088

I rendered transportation services for this department early in July and I submitted my invoice on the 15th of July, but up until this hour my money has not yet been paid. Numerous staff members told me it was Mrs Nomakula Mbolekwa's incompitency, she lost my documents and I had to re submit the documents from the quotation to the invoice. Today they're paying service providers and the very same woman is telling me my invoice will not be paid today because it is held up in some other office. The woman is rude, arrogant and ***********.

>Today i thought that i was gonna lose my life reason i didnt have transport to fetch medication from my parents house i had a asthma attack and i had to ask the company i work for to please fetch the medication and bring it to me.Where if my report was done along time ago and the gauteng roads was in better condition i wouldn't have been in this mess.Im not pointing fingers to Karen Rush,Nicolette and Lebogang Selomeletso.I really appreciate your help with all my heart. But as for the others yesterday was the first time from 26/12/2021 i got a reply. My car hasn't been the same yet i managed to use whatever money i had put away for my own stuff and borrowed as well to get the car running but to be honest i dont trust it because i can feel and hear noises. Please im begging Cleo to sort this issue out ASAP.Im not here to kill the government to make my car like new but at least give me for what work thats outstanding and the money i spent to get the car running and i wouldn't bother you again. Check all the quotes i have sent from the first and lets sit down and come to a conclusion.

I'm working as a driver. Struggling to claim my money from Salt employee benefits PTY LTD. I wrote a review here and noticed there's many reviews they don't answer and sort them out. I'm pleading to Department of Road and transport to investigate this company, looks like they crooks and the campanies we work for use this Salt employee benefits. They robbing us what we worked hard for.

I have been subject to a racist remark at the Mpephu Provincial office of the Department of Road and Transport. The incident happened on 03/02/2021. The remark was made by the female cashier. She refused to give me her name.
